Media, Playlists, or Campaigns Expired

Player Error Warning

In the Players tab, these yellow triangles next to the player name means some error has been detected.

You can click on the triangle icon to view the error, such as which item is expiring soon (or has already expired).

Click the green circle to clear the error message.

Playlist Expired

In the Playlist tab, expired playlists are shown with a red triangle and exclamation mark.

This means the playlist has expired: Click the pencil icon to update the playlist, then change the end date as needed.

Expired items inside a playlist are indicated by a red ball icon.

Media Expired

In the Media tab, expired media is shown with a red triangle and exclamation mark.

Select Manage (either using the wrench icon or in the hamburger menu) and then go to the Date Time Fencing Tab to change the end date.

Campaigns and Rules Expired

Red dots in the Campaigns tab means either the campaign or the rule is expired.

Select the campaign name, then the gear icon, then Update Campaign. Or for the rule, just click the pencil icon.
