Introduction to Everwell ideas

You are in complete control of everything that shows up on your screens.

You make changes through the online player management portal at https://console.yantrasign.com/login.

You can customize every aspect of what is shown, such as: The background.

How many "zones" or "boxes" to show content and where they are placed (you currently have two).

You choose if content plays in one of the "zones" or you can have it play full screen.

Your logo and where it is placed on screen.

The order of videos and graphics (using Playlists), or how often content shows up (using Campaigns).

Limits and conditions on when and where content plays.

For example You can specify that a graphic or video only plays on specific dates (like the 4th of July or someone's birthday) Between certain times of the day, days of the week, or months of the year.

During specific weather conditions (like above a certain temperature or if winds are above a certain speed).

The system is extremely flexible to whatever you need it to do.

It can be as simple or full-featured as you want.

And we are here to help with unlimited live support and assistance.

You can show any, some, all or none of our 24+ hours of health and wellness videos that we produce (you can review those here) and a variety of entertainment content from our partners, such as Game Shows, Animal Adventures, Cooking and recipes.

All our content is family friendly and we NEVER show any advertising.

You will likely want to create custom content specific to your needs.

Here's some common examples of things our clients show: Hours of operation and temporary closures.

Educate about specific conditions and recommendations (lifestyle, diet, medication, etc.).

Introduce staff (show a photo and their specialties, hometowns, etc.) or celebrate staff birthdays, births, marriages, etc.

Promote services (like immunizations or specialty care).

Inform about policies or deadlines (like check-in procedures, insurance accepted, and open season for health insurance changes).

Upcoming events (like a charity drive, BBQ, or local support services).

Show your social media (Facebook, Google Reviews) and encourage participation.

Direct users to information on your website (like your Patient Portal).

Videos from YouTube and Vimeo.

I can't wait to start working with you!Here are some of the things we talked about: Player naming: portal names must match the physically printed labels where they are installed.(*some of this is currently broken: see separate email) Keeping players online (they still play when offline but do not get updates and do not show streaming content) Audience engagement: variety (lots of interesting content) keeps their attention, repetitiveness kills it.

Get creative and fun: holidays, birthdays, staff bios, etc.

Main Zone, Tower Zone, Ticker, aspect ratios and resolutions, video bitrates.

Structure: Players are associated with Layouts (or can be tied to a single playlist instead)  Layouts are customizable with Zones, apps, text, and graphics Zones are associated with (outer) playlists Playlists contain Media or other  (inner) playlists.

Campaigns assign individual rules to each media item for interrupting playlists on a timer (like TV commercials) Naming standards are

For playlists we suggest Examples: All Main Zone Outer Corporate Messages Main Inner Exam Rooms Tower Outer Staff Bios Tower Inner For Campaigns we suggest naming rules for the choices you made.

Examples: All players every 10 minutes fullscreen Players 1,2, 7, and 8 every 15 min Hours of Operation (one graphic can show different hours on different players) Closed Captions (upload VTT/SRT files, or use Transcribe media for AI generated) Player Preview and screenshot.

Associations: shows you what is connected to what.

Media fencing by date/player/weather Media folders for organization.

Create a design (combine uploaded media with platform apps/text) Cava integration Apps (weather, Google Reviews, automatically conform to Main or Tower aspect ratio).

I think your next steps are: Decide if you want to   Use the default layout we've provided Design your own layout (or several different layouts per location) Use no layout and only play content fullscreen Gather a large representative sample of media that you want to show (~20 pieces).

For each piece consider these choices: Which zone? (Main/Tower/Ticker) or fullscreen For use in a Playlist (less important) or Campaign (more important)? Play on all players or only some?  Limit to certain dates/times, months, or weather conditions?
