If the screenshot from the portal looks OK make adjustments on the TV or the player.
Sometimes the TV will correct itself if you turn the TV off, disconnect power for 20 seconds, then turn it back on.

Check your TV display settings
Display adjustment features vary by TV manufacturer and model.
Some TV remotes have a ZOOM, WIDE, or PICTURE button that can be selected to fix the zoomed in screen.
Cycle through the options until the TV screen ratio returns to normal. Or look for settings that move the picture position left/right or up/down.
Some things to try:
- Smart TV/Roku TV: Some users report changing the theme corrected it.
Other users went to settings --> system settings --> system reset --> restart and the problem cleared up.
- Sharp Aquos remotes have a View Mode button.
The result of each push changes the view mode to a different aspect.
- Samsung TV: Go to Menu and look for ASPECT RATIO or PICTURE SETTINGS

Adjust media player display settings
The player has two display settings that might help.
Get into the menu (Home button, password 2016) and choose Display.
Then adjust the following:
- HDMI MODE: Set to 1920x1080-60

SCREEN SCALE: Use the arrows to adjust the display until you can clearly see all sides of the red box outline on the TV screen.
