How to install the media player 2

What you need​

Everwell Equipment​

  1. Media player with pre-installed 64GB SD card and self-stick Velcro™ fastening tape
  2. Media player remote control
  3. Two AAA batteries
  4. AC power adapter
  5. HDMI cord
  6. (optional) WiFi antenna - if connecting to your Wifi network
  7. (optional) 4G cellular dongle and USB pigtail extension - if connecting to our 4G network

Client Equipment​

  1. High definition display (TV) with remote control and available HDMI input
  2. Network connection to the internet
  3. (optional) Ethernet network cable - if connecting to your wired ethernet network
  4. (optional) Surge protector - highly recommended: Warranty does not cover damage from power spikes.
IMPORTANT

Your network must allow SSL port 443 to*.yantrasign.com through the firewall. USING WIFI? Your WiFi cannot use a Captive Portal for the media player.

Install batteries into remote control Choose an account

  1. Choose your personal account or your Organization account (if shown). Your Organizational account is shared with others who also manage your players and media. Your Personal account is generally only used for managing your password and email settings.
NOTE

Most users should choose their Organization account (top option).
