If there is only one disk showing, then there is a problem with the removable SD Card.

Continue with the steps below.

If both disks are showing mostly red, there is more media scheduled than the player can play.

Contact support for confirmation or help.

If both disks are showing with a fair amount of free space, the player may have self-corrected by deleting un-needed files.  The error should not return.

Locating the SD CardThe player has a removable SD Card that provides additional storage for media files.

If it is missing or the connection has become unstable, it could cause the storage insufficient error.

Steps to Re-seat the SD Card

Removing the SD Card:

  • Ensure the media player is powered off to prevent data corruption.

Locate the SD card slot on the device.

  • Gently press the SD card inward until you hear or feel a click.
  • Release the card—it should pop out slightly.
  • Carefully pull the card out of the slot.

Reinstalling the SD Card:

  • Ensure the card is clean and free of damage.
  • Align the card with the slot, ensuring the correct orientation.
  • Gently push the card into the slot until it clicks into place.
  • Confirm the card is securely seated.
  • Power on the device and check that it recognizes the SD card.

Re-scan the player's storageFollowing the earlier instructions, re-scan the player's storage from the player properties > Disk Snapshot tab and click Capture Now.

Check if Disk 2 now appears and there is some space available showing in green.

If the SD Card does not appear after re-seating it, or it has been removed and lost, contact Everwell Support for a replacement.
