How to Delete Media (Everwell Admin)
How to delete media from Everwell portal (Yantrasign) * Find the Media File in the Media pool (e.g., A004.mp4) * Check the Associations. (Media > Manage > Associations). * Note if the file is any EVERWELL playlists. * * * For any Everwell Playlist the file is in, go to that playlist and delete the entry. * * Save the playlist. * * * Check the Associations again. * Note if there are any associated Players belonging to Clients. * * * Client Players have the format S-XXX-YYY (S-189-001, S-314-021, etc.) * * * * * XXX is the client ID number (189, 223, 343, etc.) * * * YYY is the player number (001, 002, 005, 016, etc) * * * * * * If any client players are associated: * * * * * Send an email to Support with the filename and player name(s) * * * Support will notify the client(s) and delete the Media file * * * * * * * Once there are no Associations remaining, or at least none belong to clients, it is safe to delete the media file from the Media pool. * Make a note in VTiger.
