Deploying Multiple TVs via HDMI Splitter

A single Everwell media player can broadcast identical content to multiple television screens simultaneously using an HDMI splitter. This is an effective way to scale your signage while managing a single subscription.

Limitations
  • Mirroring Only: Every TV connected to the splitter will show the exact same content. You cannot specify different media for different screens.
  • Audio Overlap: If TVs are within "earshot" of each other, audio overlap can occur. We recommend muting one or both TVs.

Installation Guidelines

Step 1: Map the Installation

Ensure the Everwell player and the HDMI splitter both have access to power outlets.

Step 2: Connect Player to Splitter

Connect the Everwell player's HDMI output to the Input port of the HDMI splitter.

Step 3: Connect TVs

Run individual HDMI cables from the splitter Output ports to each TV.

Cable Length

Hardwired HDMI cables generally should not exceed 100 feet from the splitter to maintain signal integrity. Wireless HDMI splitters are highly discouraged due to signal loss.

Step 4: Adjust Volume

Adjust the volume on each TV independently or disable sound entirely to prevent audio cacophony in the waiting area. io cacophony in the waiting area.
