Customizing the Trivia Q&A App

The Everwell system features a default Trivia app to engage waiting audiences. While the built-in library is updated regularly, you can also replace the data with your own client-specific datasets.

Developer Intervention Required

Currently, there is no graphical user interface (GUI) to upload trivia independently. You must prepare the data and send it to our support team for implementation.

How to Prepare Your Custom Trivia​

Step 1: Create a CSV File​

Open any spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) and create a file with the following exact columns:

  • Question
  • Choice 1
  • Choice 2
  • Choice 3
  • Choice 4
  • Answer (Must match one of the choices exactly)
  • Answer Explanation (The text shown after the reveal)

Step 2: Populate the Data​

Enter your custom questions and answers. Ensure there are no empty rows or missing choices.

Step 3: Send to Support​

Export your file as a .CSV and email it to support@everwell.com. A developer will implement the custom override for your account.
